/ Delivery
UK Delivery:
Free Delivery on all orders.
Cheapest option 3-5 working days.
Please
note that orders over £20 will need to be signed for.
To get Standard
delivery just select the "Standard Delivery3-5 Days" Option at the checkout.
Please make sure you choose an address where someone
can sign for the delivery.
We are happy to deliver to work addresses.
Next Day Delivery £5.95
If you order before1.30 pm then we will send out your goods same day for delivery
the following working day. We charge £5.95 for this service.
Orders
will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for delivery by 1pm the next working
day. These will have to be signed for. If no one is in to sign then the parcel
will end up at your local sorting office for collection.
Please
make sure you choose an address where someone can sign for the delivery.
We are happy to deliver to work addresses.
European
Union Delivery £5.95
We send these on a 3-5 day service. We use
International signed for for all orders over £20.
Standard international
post for orders under £20. Due to delivery and confirmation issues, we do
not deliver to the entire European Union. We only delivery to the countries listed
on the drop down menu at checkout, which are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and
Sweden. If you are not in one of these countries, Sorry but we will not deliver
to you.

someone can sign for the delivery.
We are happy to deliver to work addresses.
International - Outside EU
Sorry but we do not ship outside of the EU.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way then please return it unused
with all original packaging within 14days. We will be happy to give you a full
refund. We cannot do this if the knife has been engraved.
Warranty
/ Repairs
Leathermans have a 25 year guarantee. This covers damage due
to reasonable use. If you have any problems then please contact Whitby & Co
on 01539 721032 who handle all warranty issues.

When you place an
order with us, this is done over a secure socket layer (SSL) connection. This
means it is virtually impossible for any one to get your card details. When you
place an order we are notified by a secure transmission. Giving your details over
the net is therefore very secure. In fact it is most certainly safer than giving
your card over in a restaurant or giving your card details over the phone.
When
you go to "checkout" you will be asked to provide your address and the
delivery address, you will then be asked to confirm the shipping options and order.
Then you are asked to provide your card details. At this stage the web browser
should have a padlock displayed on the bottom of the browser window. This shows
you are on a secure page.
You also have further fraud protection
from the card issuer.
In any case, some people are still
worried about giving details over the net, especially to some faceless web site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use
the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order
and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail
you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you
the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the
future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

address details for use in our newsletter, if you subscribe via the link on our
site. We will not pass these details on to any 3rd party, and give you the option
at any time to be removed from our mail lists. To be removed please e mail us
with your subscribed address and title unsubscribe.
